Adric graduated from Northwestern University in 2009 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science. After school he went down an unexpected path that led him to food manufacturing, working for companies with social and environmental impacts integrated into their business models. From 2014 to 2017 he helped a startup food company, Ithaca Hummus, grow and scale from local to national distribution. Today he is working in the beer industry in the Philadelphia area.

 

Adric grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, attended nearby Northwestern University, then lived 9 years in Ithaca, NY. Last year he moved to Philadelphia with Molly, who is his partner. His hobbies include woodworking and making music.
